riposa Flex: the first Swiss slatted base made of aluminium is now even more sustainable and individual

They do a great job every day and yet remain in the shadows: slatted bases are the invisible heroes of ergonomic sleep comfort. One particular slatted base has been writing Swiss sleep history for 25 years – the riposa Flex designed by the riposa family business in the Glarus region. As the first Swiss slatted base made of aluminium, it set new standards as soon as it was launched. Now comes the next logical step: the classic slatted base is being given a sustainable upgrade and it it will offer even more individualised sleep comfort in the future.

A piece of sleep history with a sustainable future

The riposa Flex is now made of certified Hydro low-carbon aluminium. This innovative material has a particularly low CO₂ footprint of just 4 kg of CO₂ per kilogramme of aluminium – around a quarter of the global average. At the same time, aluminium can be recycled almost indefinitely and therefore meets the requirements for the responsible use of resources.

More choice for customised comfort

In addition to the material upgrade, the range of models has also been expanded. The riposa Flex is now available in additional automatic versions, offering even more options for customisation to meet personal sleep and comfort requirements.

A systematic approach to sleep: at riposa, everything goes with everything else

The new riposa Flex forms the basis of the riposa sleep system. A mattress can only fully develop its ergonomic properties in combination with the right slatted base. All riposa mattresses and slatted bases can be flexibly combined. This compatibility creates a customised sleep system for maximum comfort and optimum support.
